In prison, Solyanka is also considered a festive dish, so you could already read about it in my article about: How to celebrate New year in prison
But now I want to share with you the technique of cooking soups in a prison cell, where there is no ELECTRIC OVEN!
We will prepare a small boiler, which is allowed in prison.
ATTENTION! DURING COOKING, WHEN THE BOILER OUTLET IS NO CAUSE TO INTERFERE IN A SAUCEPAN, AND ADD THE PRODUCTS!!! STIR AND ADD THE PRODUCTS – WHEN YOU TURN OFF THE TEAPOT!
If there’s a pot in the cell, you’re in luck!, but you can cook in plastic containers.
- Beef stew – 1 can.
- Sausage boiled or smoked, sausages – about 300 grams.
- Onion -1-2 PCs.
- Salted cucumbers – 2 PCs. (fresh cucumbers for 3 days before cooking soups pour the hot salt solution and allow to proselytise.)
- Ketchup – 4-5 tablespoons
- Jar of olives
Method of preparation:
In a pot or other container spread all the stew and pour 1.5-2 liters of cold water. Fasten the pan to the boiler, so it does not stagger and turn on the outlet. We’re waiting for it to boil.
Turn OFF the BOILER and add the diced sausages. Turn on the boiler. Wait until it boils.
Turn OFF the BOILER and add chopped onions and cucumbers. Turn on the boiler. Boil for 10 minutes.
Again, turn OFF the KETTLE and add sauce and gently mix with a spoon, add salt to taste. Now again turn on the boiler, boil for another 10 minutes. Turn OFF the KETTLE and my under the tap!
Pour the hodgepodge on plates, add olives, a slice of lemon and greens.
At the time of cooking comes out less than 1 hour!
